Given his ambitious nature & experience he still guides on the strategy of the group to grow further. He also leads all community engagement of the group for upliftment of various sections of the society in rural & urban India alike. He is an important member of various national & international NGOs & looks to give back to the community & serve the underprivileged.

Since then he has been instrumental in developing the business across the globe & setting world class standards in delivering quality products to the world in a timely manner.
